DELIVERING YOUR GOODS

Blinds superstore will deliver your goods to the address you have provided on the order form for delivery, most goods will be delivered within 7 working days and in any event within 30 days of the day after Your order was placed. When you have placed your order we will update you throughout the process with regular text messages and emails so you know exactly when your blinds are being delivered. Our average window blind order is delivered within 5 working days. 

All our blinds are shipped with national insured couriers with enhanced liability, we will provide you with tracking numbers so you can track straight to your door. 

Blinds-Superstore standard delivery cost is £8.99 per order, savings are available for multiple blind orders. Orders over £200 receive free delivery. This is what is costs us to send your goods direct to you with enhanced liability placed on the goods included. This means that should your goods be delivered damaged we can arranged a replacement completely free of charge and fuss free. We can offer a fast-track service on all blinds on request, if you email or call before ordering we can arrange a fast-track delivery for you. On some products we can try to speed the process up without any extra charge. Some items that come from other factories do carry an extra charge which we can explain via email or phone. 

On receipt of the goods, all goods must be checked for damages both externally and internally, we will not be able to claim on your behalf from the delivery company for damaged goods if they are not checked.

On the occasion where the goods cannot be internally checked, please sign ‘unchecked’ or sign ‘damaged’

We recommend that all goods are signed for ‘unchecked’ or ‘damaged’ as standard, this then covers you should their be any problems and we can send you a brand new blind without any problems.
